FAMILY

Familie. Meiner Meinung nach einfach das Wichtigste, was es gibt. Ich denke da werden mir einige zustimmen. Wie ihr eventuell noch aus dem vergangenen Jahr wisst, habe ich mir bereits ein Tattoo für meine Mutter und meinen Stiefvater auf den Rippen stechen lassen (ihre Geburtsdaten in römischen Zahlen). 

Für mich war aber klar, dass ich noch ein kleines Zeichen haben wollte, dass für meine komplette (kleine) Familie steht. Sicher kennen die meisten von euch mein drittes Tattoo schon von Chiara Ferragni von The blonde salad. Sie hat sich mit ihren beiden Schwestern das gleiche Tattoo stehen lassen. 

Für mich stehen die drei Teile für die drei Teile meiner Familie (wie gesagt, sehr kleine Familie ;)). Ich habe das Tattoo zwar schon bei einigen Leuten gesehen, aber das macht mir nichts. Mir persönlich gefällt es und hat für mich eine ganz persönliche Bedeutung und ist (wie jedes meiner Tattoos) kein Modetattoo und keine Spontanentscheidung. 

Family. In my opinion family is the most important thing each of us has. I think many of you will agree with me in that point. As you might remember from a post last year I already got a tattoo for my mother and my stepfather on my ribs (it says their birth dates written in roman numbers). 

For me it was clear from the beginning that I wanted to get a small, but meaningful sign that stands for my whole (small) family. I guess most of you might recognize my third tattoo from Chiara Ferragni, the editor of The blonde salad. She got it done as matching tattoos with her two sisters. 

For me the tattoo stands for the three parts of my family (like I said, small family ;)). I already saw a few people with this tattoo, but it doesn't matter to me. I personally really like it, it has a very personal and important meaning for me and is (just like every other tattoo I have) no trend tattoo or a spontaneous decision.

I DID IT AGAIN

 

Meine lieben Follower auf Instagram (beccifd) werden sich beim Öffnen dieses Posts jetzt denken "Wie, hat sie das nicht schon vor ein paar Monaten gezeigt?". Ja, habe ich. Allerdings hatte ich es (aus welchen Gründen auch immer) bisher nicht geschafft ein Foto zu machen und einen Text dazu zu schreiben. Aber besser spät als nie. 

Im Mai diesen Jahres bin ich mit einer Freundin wieder in "unser" Tattoostudio "Fleur de lis" in Nürnberg  gegangen. Nachdem mein erstes Tattoo (Post dazu hier
) bei den verschiedensten Leuten in ganz Deutschland bewundert wurde, da es so schön gestochen war, war es für mich keine Frage, dass ich dieses Studio wieder aufsuche. 

Obwohl ich bei diesem Tattoo an den Rippen während dem tätowieren etwas mehr gelitten habe, als bei dem im Nacken bin ich trotzdem sehr froh, dass ich es habe machen lassen. 

Die beiden römischen Daten sind der Geburtsmonat und das Geburtsjahr meiner Mutter und meines Stiefvaters. Wie auch mein letztes schon hat dieses eine tiefe Bedeutung für mich und das ist meiner Meinung nach das Allerwichtigste bei dieser Körperkunst die man sein ganzes Leben lang an sich trägt.

My beloved followers on Instagram (beccifd) probably thought "wait, hasn't she posted this one months ago?" when opening todays entry. Yes, I did. The bad thing was, I haven't found the time, the mood, and so on to shoot the photos and to write the text for this post. But better late than never.

In may 2013 I went to my favourite local tattoo store Fleur de Lis in Nuremberg (link in german text). My first tattoo (link to blogpost in german text again) has been admired from very different people all over Germany, so it was absolutely no thinking about a new good tattoo store neccesary, because I already found the perfect one. 

Even though I felt MUCH more pain when getting this one done on the ribs than when tattooing the one on my neck, but I'm so happy now that I've done it. 

The roman dates are the months and years of birth of my mother and my step-father. Just like my last, this one has a deep meaning for me and that's what's most important to me when getting a tattoo that I'll have on my body now for my whole life.

TATTOO INSPIRATION

Wenn ihr meinen Blog schon seit einer gewissen Zeit lest wisst ihr, dass ich ein großer Fan von Tattoos bin. Schwarz und ein schöner Spruch oder ein schönes Motiv und schon bin ich Feuer und Flamme. 

In den letzten Wochen und Monaten habe ich auf meinem Laptop ein paar Fotos, hauptsächlich von dem Blog Tattoologist gespeichert (die Bilder in diesem Post stammen alle von der Seite). Jeden Tag zeigen die Autoren hier neue Tattoos, die von Lesern eingeschickt wurden. Ich habe meins damals auch mit einer kurzen Beschreibung an den Blog geschickt und wenige Wochen später wurde es dann auch gezeigt. 

Lasst euch inspirieren von meiner kleinen Auswahl. Ich wünsche euch noch ein schönes Wochenende. 

If you are reading my blog since a while now, you must know that I'm a huge fan of tattoos. Black, a great quote or a nice motive and I can't look away anymore. 

During the last weeks and months I saved a few pictures of nice tattoos from a few pages, mostly from the blog Tattoologist (all images of this post are officially from this blog). The authors of this blog show photos from different tattoos, whose they get by mail from their readers, every day. I sent in my tattoo a few days after I got it, too, and it was on their page only a few weeks later.

TAKE CHANCES

Ja, ich habe es getan. Die jenigen, die mich auf Instagram verfolgen (bforbecks) haben es gestern schon gesehen, ihr anderen seht es erst heute, wo es auch schon um einiges schöner aussieht als gestern. Mein erstes Tattoo <3 Ich bin mir darüber bewusst, dass ich nicht nur positive Reaktionen erhalten werde (selbst eine meiner besten Freundinnen hat mich ziemlich runtergemacht heute), aber es ist eine Entscheidung, die ich für mich getroffen habe und ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich es getan habe. Seit etwa einem Jahr denke ich nun schon darüber nach und nun habe ich mich endgültig dazu entschieden. 

Wenn Interesse besteht mach ich auch gerne nochmal einen ausführlicheren Post dazu, auch mit Video. Ansonsten könnt ihr mir natürlich auch so gerne eure Fragen stellen. Sagt mir wie es euch gefällt. Ich freue mich auf eure Meinungen :-) 

Yes, I did it. Those of you, who are following me on Instagram (bforbecks) already saw it yesterday, the rest of you are seeing it now. I must admit, it really looks nicer than yesterday now. My first tattoo <3 I know, that there won't only be good reactions, but it has been a decision I made for me and I can say that I'm very happy about it. Almost for a year now I was thinking about getting a tattoo and now I made the decision to finally do it. 

If you are interested, I will make a bigger post maybe with a video (it will be a german video, but with english subtitles for my international readers :)). Of course you can ask your questions in the comments, too. Tell me if you like it! I'm looking forward to read all your different opinions :)
